Buchanan, Semmes, Maffitt, Cooke and Brown) and accounts the battles and engagements fought by the Southern Navy. With many (old) illustrations, maps, portraits, ships profiles, appendices, notes and indices. This series of 3 (sold by us together) has later been followed by a 4th volume "Fire and Thunder". Ex Bibliotheca Büch met zijn aankoop-notities resp. "Las Vegas NV 14 V 1996", "10 IV 1998" en "NY 10 IV 1998". All 3 fine in fine dust-jacket.
